WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards and debit card. as well as Apple Pay, Klarna Online Bank Transfer and PayPal.
DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY DELIVERY?
We do not offer same day delivery
.However, if requested via our contact page or email, we will fast track your order where possible.
If requests are made and the order is urgent we will always try to help as much as we can.
North Hampton Co is a small family run business, we make all our products in hand made small batches, so we, as standard, tell our customers to expect delivery within a time frame of 3-5 working days, however most deliveries arrive to our customers within the 3 days, but we do rely on postal services, we do understand that sometimes orders are wanted last minute for say a gift for example.
So please, message through are contact page we will do are very best to give your order our priority.
All we want is to make your day, in turn it makes ours.
We will add a relevant charge to cover alternative next day post, depending if we have the stock of what you require.
If you require local delivery near and around NN3, Northampton, England, we can arrange for your order to be hand delivered.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER GIFT WRAPPED?
Yes of course, please contact us should you want your items gift wrapped.
We have beautiful recycled paper and ribbons and also various gift boxes available, there will be a small charge, but it will be worth it. Our large candles can be gift wrapped and sealed with a wax stamp, which looks stunning for that special gift.
We will be adding a gift wrap service to the site in future.
